Aljada is Sharjah's largest mixed-use master-plan, developed entirely by Arada. It sits in the New Sharjah corridor — close enough to Dubai's eastern edge to pull cross-border buyers, yet priced at a meaningful discount to comparable Dubai addresses. We think it's one of the most coherent large-scale developments in the Northern Emirates right now. The buyer profile skews toward value-conscious families, UAE-based end-users priced out of Dubai, and investors hunting yields that Dubai's prime districts stopped offering years ago. If you want space, greenery, and a genuine community build-out at a price that still makes sense, Aljada deserves a serious look.
